We are a virtually based company utilizing telehealth to see patients in Pennsylvania and New York for psychiatric medication management. 

Self Pay 

     Initial Psychiatric Intake: $300

     Follow-up psychiatric medication     management appointments: $150

Insurance

      PA, and NY only

     Inquire about available coverage*

No Show / Late Cancellation: A $75 fee may be assessed for a session canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for a no show. Insurance does not cover the no show / late cancellation fee.

Please communicate the need to cancel an appointment with as much notice as possible so you can reschedule and the time may be offered to someone else.

*As a provider, I don't know how your specific insurance policy covers mental health services. Some have a copay, which is a flat fee, and some have coinsurance, which means you pay a percentage of the cost. Copays and coinsurance rates are often different between policies, even under the same insurance company. You can verify your benefits by calling the customer service line 'For Members' on your insurance card or online. You'll want to look in your benefits specifically for Outpatient Mental Health Care, and that should give you the amount to expect.

Yes, we take insurance from many commercial plans. Depending on the states the individual will be receiving treatment, we work with Beacon, Carelon, and Fidelis

Yes! We’re happy to collaborate with other providers to ensure you receive the best possible care to meet your individual needs. For our patients in New York we have a direct partnership with MCNY for a team of therapist to help you with all of your therapy needs. 

When you meet with our experienced, highly-trained nurse practitioner, we will determine which modality and treatment plan is best for you. Throughout your treatment plan, if we need to make adjustments, we certainly can!
